"Excellent staff at sunderland"

My wife and I visited 22nd February afternoon ,looking for kitchen tiles, upon arrival we were welcomed by a guy called Malcolm McDonald really, in sunderland really ? Ref soccer , As a retired Field Sales manager In the commercial truck industry I found Malcolm to be excellent introduced himself no pressure from him went through different types of tiles, also the way, I did business was to talk to people makes a change in these days, Malcolm was excellent chatted about several things, and yes we purchased the tiles , again what a credit to your company, I believe he has been a there quite a long time he deserves promotion, ie managers job, pay increase etc and I believe well respected in the building trade, no we are not related, just a satisfied first time customer so far thanks.Would like a reply please..
